This repository hosts datasets, endpoint-specific implementations, and baseline models for the OpenADMET-Challenge. The goal is to provide a standardized structure to facilitate contributions and reproducibility of models.
Dataset files are stored in data. Put endpoint-specific code under endpoints and baseline models under baselines. Each of these subfolders should have their own README files as needed. Same goes for environment files and everything else to reproduce results.
