Better pywal support

New in this release

• Changed the default browser
• Improved the way pywal support is handled

Current to-do list:

• Patch resize point
• Make it possible to overwrite always center patch (sometimes I want a specific place for the window to be in but always center patch takes control)
• Patch sticky window indicator
• Add sticky window rule
• Add per tag support for gaps
• Add dwmc functions to all controls
