Background subagents keep T3 tools after the parent turn (#19751), the uncovered T3 tool rules, what t3_worktree_list returns, and six cited T3 files added to the update review's watch list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
housekeeping finds orphans by live threads' worktreePath, not t3_worktree_list; preview subagents finish before they report; #18047 named as the discussion it is. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

T3 update review: 0.1.1-nightly.20261016.3203 → 0.1.1-nightly.20261017.3238 (3 releases)
118 release items. Most are web refactors and React Compiler work (about 90) or mobile and Android fixes. None of the watched T3 files changed, and no active entry breaks. Two files that the dependency files cite but the script did not watch did change; the script now watches them.
Adopted in this PR
At the user's request, the proposals are in the diff too:
skills/housekeeping/SKILL.mdstep 1 judges an orphan by live threads'worktreePath;skills/implement/PREVIEW.md§ The loop step 1 has preview subagents finish before they report; the PR-watch entries name discussions/18047.Needs you
t3-dependencies.md, and adds six T3 files to the watch list inchanges.py.Improves
Background subagents keep T3 tools after the parent's turn ends (shared, new entry
background-subagents-keep-t3-tools)11ce406d, which is in the installed build (compare statusahead).assertLiveCallernow accepts a caller whose thread "has an active run or a background subagent that instance started" (isLiveCallerShellinapps/server/src/mcp/OrchestratorMcpService.ts). The PR says what is still refused: "delegate_task,create_threadsandrequest_secretstill need an active run", and "a subagent that finished and is then resumed by its own background task".skills/implement/PREVIEW.mdhas "parallel subagents each open their own tab". Until now, once the parent's turn ended, those subagents' preview calls failed withparent_not_active. The PR measured 10 such failures on 0.0.46.delegate-task-reviewsnow records that a background subagent can't calldelegate_taskafter the parent's turn ends.PREVIEW.md§ The loop could tell a subagent that drives the preview to finish before it reports, because a subagent resumed by its own background task is still refused.Minor, no action
implement-spec, whose orchestrator ends its turn while background implementers run. It is recorded under the new entry.t3_thread_send.Drift
housekeepingrelies on a wrong reading oft3_worktree_list(shared,storage-cleanup-orphan-folders)skills/housekeeping/SKILL.mdstep 1 says "t3_worktree_listtells which worktrees T3 tracks and their threads; a folder in T3's folder it does not list is an orphan". On 2026-10-17 the tool returned git's branch refs and checkout paths (name, worktreePath), with no thread. Its description says "Detached worktrees without a branch are not included". The result:worktreePathnames.skills/housekeeping/SKILL.mdstep 1: replace thet3_worktree_listsentence with "a folder in T3's folder that no live thread'sworktreePathnames is an orphan, judged by the same checks". Step 1 already reads each live thread'sworktreePath.Uncovered T3 rules (shared, entries added in this PR)

changes.pynow watches six more files:apps/server/src/mcp/OrchestratorMcpService.tsandapps/server/src/mcp/threadAccess.ts. Both changed in this range (#19751), and the review read the diff.apps/server/src/scheduledTasks/ScheduledTaskService.ts,apps/server/src/worktreesDirectory.ts(en-escena),apps/web/src/components/settings/ScheduledTasksSettings.tsx(en-escena) andpackages/contracts/src/settings.ts. None of these changed.Watch reference

~/.t3/projects/infra): it has nodocs/agents/t3-dependencies.mdon any branch. It isn't a project on the shared workflow, so this is expected.Still ready
None. Every watched issue is still open:
#5063 is still closed, with no fix in the runner.
Projects whose behaviour changes: none. This PR changes only the shared `t3-dependencies.md` and the review script's watch list; no project must add or rename anything.
