Part of #76.
tools/validate_grammar_boundary.pyran only on thepost-v0.4.0lane ofwrapper-contractbecause the v0.4.0 pin rejected the exact 2000 boundary. The pinned submodule is nowb29c606e(v0.4.1), which contains ggml-org/llama.cpp#28469, so the check runs on both lanes and guards the pin against regressing.Evidence the pinned lane should pass: the same boundary (1999/2000 accepted, 2001 rejected) was executed on the shipped v0.4.1 library through the llamadart API (see the #76 audit comment). Not built locally; this PR's
wrapper-contractjob is the verification. Also updates the script docstring and
docs/post_v040_qualification.md, which said the check runs only on the candidate. CI/docs only; no release is triggered.
