admin table buttons are confusing

I'm seeing functionality related to:

• whether the I am an editor, and changing that
• whether the channel needs a review
• whether the channel is public or private
• whether the channel is deleted, and restoring it

All of this seems mixed together in columns and button pairs that are sometimes related to each other and other times not.

Currently I'm doing a lot of hovering over icons to understand what everything means
