Opening channel details modal in a new tab doesn't work

Observed behavior

When unauthenticated, and viewing the public catalog page, opening the channel details modal (via the info icon) in a new tab simply shows the full catalog again

When authenticated, and viewing the content library page, opening the channel details modal (via the info icon) in a new tab shows an error

Expected behavior

We should support opening the info modal in a new tab / window, and at the very least not have it error for the user
