Unstable - Incorrect folder order/layout if there is a folder with long title

Observed behavior

In smaller window sizes the title of the folder is not displayed correctly in the navigation and is just above the 'Select all' checkbox. Also if the title of a folder is too long when you go to that folder the navigation gets broken and shows only the name of the channel. The issue is valid in all supported browsers.

Expected behavior

The expected behavior for the behavior of the navigation when there is a folder with longer title should be further discussed

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstables.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Open a channel with multiple nested folders
3. Rename a folder so that it's name is longer than 50 characters (theoretically 200 characters are allowed)
4. Navigate to the nested folders and also try resizing the browser window size
