Channel info - Missing Levels and Categories

Observed behavior

The Levels and the Categories are not being displayed in the channel info page.

Expected behavior

Unless otherwise specified the Levels and the Categories metadata should be displayed as specified in Figma.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Open the channel details page for a channel with resources with levels and categories
3. Observe that the Levels and the Categories are not being displayed
