Hotfixes - Thumbnail generation is not working in Firefox and Safari

Observed behavior

I am getting a 'cross-origin request blocked' error when I attempt to generate a thumbnail for a resource in Firefox and Safari. This is functioning correctly in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to generate a thumbnail in all supported browsers.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Create a new channel and upload a resource like a .pdf or .mp4 file
3. Click the generate thumbnail button.

Confirmed on my side too, Firefox on Linux and Windows.

Seems like for some reason, only in this instance, we are using the direct Google Storage URL, rather than proxying via Studio. I think making it do that will be the right fix here.
