Hotfixes - Missing folder fields after renaming a channel

Observed behavior

If I rename a channel and immediately after that attempt to create a new folder all the folder details fields are not being displayed.

Expected behavior

All folder details fields should be displayed

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Open the channel editor and rename the channel.
3. Select the New folder option from the topic tree
