Per discussion in Design on slack and following conversations between Sairina and @rtibbles, 'Reference' should be added to options for completion (image 1) with duration dropdown not visible when it is selected (image 2) and removed as a possible selection on the dropdown from duration when "complete duration" is selected (image 3).
