Unstable - Missing values after copying folders and resources

Observed behavior

After copying a folder or a resource any values entered for 'Learning activity', 'Level', 'What you will need', 'Tags' and 'Category' are missing.

Expected behavior

Everything should be copied correctly.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Create a brand new channel add folder and resources and make sure all the fields are filled in.
3. Copy the folders/resources and compare the copied items to the originals.
