Unstable - The main navigation remains open after changing the language to Arabic

Observed behavior

The main navigation remains open after changing the language to Arabic. The 'Change language' modal is also not displayed correctly. The issue is observed in all supported browsers.

Expected behavior

Correctly displayed interface in RTL language such as Arabic in all supported browsers.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Change the language to Arabic

I think the thing that is being missed here is that all RTL is broken, the navigation drawer is just an artifact of that. If you look behind it, you'll see that it is all still in LTR mode.
