Observed behavior
I have created a handful of channels and then updated the channel name. The name of the channel updates, but the top level of the topic tree folder in the UI is the same as the original (I think) channel name.
Expected behavior
I would expect them to match.
User-facing consequences
It makes a user think that their change wasn't saved.
Additional information
The original channel name was "Understanding the Coronavirus" but then after edited, the new channel name appears in the top left, but not in the place where "Understanding the Coronavirus" still appears.

This is another example that is less obvious but you can see the difference in capitalization.
