How to reproduce

1. Login to Studio
2. Click the Content Library tab
3. Click the star icon of some channels to mark them as Starred
4. Click the Starred tab to verify the newly added channels
5. Go back to Content Library
6. Click the Starred filtering checkbox in the left-side pane
7. See how no results are returned
