But none of them are marked as a coach resource. The counter is also wrong ^says 7 resources but there are only 5 in the topic

On page load, this is how many resources are counted:
When I click into the topic and click back, the resource count increases (to the accurate number?)
On refresh, it goes back to the original "41 resources" count
