Surveys - The answers for free response and numeric questions are not saved

Observed behavior

While testing the integration between https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/releases/tag/v0.18.3-beta0 and the latest version of Studio on Hotfixes I noticed that the answers for the free response and numeric questions are not saved - getting a TypeError: Value type mismatch for RESPONSE: expected float, got string error in the console.

Also all the answers to the the other types of questions are not properly displayed and the text breaks on a second line instead of being displayed next to the option.

The points above should be addressed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the build from https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/releases/tag/v0.18.3-beta0
2. Import the following channel from Studio Hotfixes: varik-faluk
