Babysitting pull requests currently spends agent turns polling GitHub while CI and LastCode Codex review finish.
This adds a checked-in Wait for PR Project Action that snapshots the current branch PR and returns only when the agent can act: a new current-head review result, a failed or cancelled check, completed checks after review is terminal, or PR/head/base lifecycle drift. Ambiguous review state remains pending. It also repairs current-main test fixtures and formatting required by the mandatory pre-push gate.
Validation:
Part of #87. The independent resumable Full CI action remains a follow-up on the issue.
Implemented by GPT-5.6-sol through the Codex harness in T3 Code.
