The nightly checkpoint fails mobile typechecking after upstream removed formatElapsed: the LastCode working row still imports it.
Use the existing formatDuration helper with a millisecond difference, preserving the zero-second fallback for invalid or future start times. No layout or interaction changes.
Validation: mobile TypeScript check, 22 orchestration timing tests, and exact-head Quick CI passed. No simulator visual QA was performed.
Implemented with GPT-5 through the Codex harness.
