Thin scrollbars are difficult to grab beside overlapping pane resize handles.
Adds an opt-in LastCode appearance preference with separate 1–12 px thumb-width and 0–6 px edge-margin controls, applied immediately across native scrollbars, styled scroll areas, and terminal scrollback. The standard appearance stays unchanged while disabled. LastCode desktop and Chromium browsers honor exact native pixel values; Firefox uses its larger system scrollbar while styled app scroll areas still honor both controls.
Validated with focused tests, targeted contracts/web/desktop typechecks, targeted lint, production web builds, and LastCode Quick CI.
