Full re-audit of the 2026-07-17 triage (877 open PRs, 22 agent chunks): - New claudedocs/adoption-reverify-2026-07-22.md: authoritative record — ~35 CANDIDATEs corrected (largest cause: upstream grep rework eafadce; also d0a77cd ccusage alias), 7 missed CANDIDATEs recovered from the auto-pass bucket, fresh triage of post-sweep PRs rtk-ai#3032-rtk-ai#3168, top 10 filed as fork issues #45-#54 with next-wave shortlist. - adoption-triage-2026-07-17.md: staleness warning banner listing every corrected row, plus the rtk-ai#678 "merged" factual error. - adoption-batch2-2026-07-19.md: rtk-ai#2274 overlap claim corrected (real gaps remain vs adopted rtk-ai#2965), rtk-ai#2571 supersession confirmed, queue re-validated.
