Roll out kcap-analytics MCP to remaining JSON harnesses #352

Follow-up to #343 (#343), review finding 6 of AI-1468. Linear: AI-1475.

kcap-analytics v1 registered for Claude Code + Codex only, via a name-filter exclusion in KcapMcpServers.ForCursor (the shared subset consumed by every non-Claude JSON harness: Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode, Kiro, Gemini, Antigravity).

This removes that exclusion so analytics rolls out to those six harnesses. It's low-risk: analytics resolves its repo context from the process CWD (not a harness-passed arg), so it rides the identical cwd: null writer path that already ships kcap-sessions/kcap-memory to these harnesses. kcap-workitems stays excluded (it depends on the Claude hook env).
