Mobile: Replace top links by hamburger menu

This is just a suggestion for improvement.

Currently, on mobile devices, the top page links both don't look too good (line break) but are also difficult to hit properly (too small, and social icons get in the way):

Maybe the top page links could be replaced by a hamburger menu instead? I think this would make navigating the site easier on mobile.

Also, on a landscape orientation, paragraph indenting looks incorrect:

If this can be done for just the mobile view of the site, then a good idea. I am generally against it for a desktop version of the site.

It can be done for mobile devices only (and I agree that's the only way it should be). Many implementations (some of which are already included in Hugo templates) depends on JavaScript + CSS, others depends on CSS only. I'm not able to comment on quality, though (not a web developer).
