Remove the python3 and hostpython3 recipes #1125
Description
Since these don't work and aren't supported, they should be removed from p4a. That they are present at all is a bug, really.
I actually want to come back to trying a straight python3 build, with the newer NDK and latest python releases, but that doesn't need these recipes to already be present.
