[Bug]: Multiple controls on the same form

Current Behavior

Is there an issue when having LookDown on multiple fields? The first field works great, so we added it to two others.

The dropdown displays, but when we click on the down arrow, it locks the form. sometimes it is so hard that I have to close the tab to regain control.

Ever seen anything like that?

Expected Behavior

Have it work nor NOT lock up the browser.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add the control to a second lookup.
2. Save and publish.
3. Clear cache and reload form
4. Click the dropdown arrow on the lookup field.

hi @MitchMilam, after digging into this, I found that it isn't because of multiple components on the form but because the lookup field metadata is not populated correctly by the modern form designer. I think it's a bug for MS.

to workaround this we can

1. use classic form editor, or
2. just change the selected lookup view to another value > Save. then set the lookup view back to the one you want > Save and Publish. this should refresh and populate the lookup field metadata correctly.
