Bumps the SDK release from 0.46.0 to 0.47.0 (manifest, package.json/lockfile, src/version.ts) and updates the OpenAPI spec metadata used for codegen.

Adds login_url?: string to the ManagedAuth (auth connection) response type and updates auth.connections.create / profile_name docs to note that missing profiles are auto-created, with corresponding changelog entry.
