OpenPilot will, very occasionally, perceive the cruise setpoint as 1mph higher than the car reports in the instrument cluster. I have only seen this happen when locking in the current speed with Set, never when accelerating or decelerating using the +/- buttons. We are probably rounding in a slightly different way from the car. Need to capture examples of this happening.
