Can this be edited to work with laptops that are connected to monitors?

I have a 4070 laptop GPU, and vibrance controls are enabled when you connect the laptop to a monitor. In theory it should work but when I try to use the app it says two GPUs are detected.

I used the 2019 version, I wasn't aware that there was a more recent one and I'll try it today
