移植 Sync, Raw Data 和 Ingestion 相关 operations：

• sync_brain: Sync brain with remote
• put_raw_data: Put raw data entry
• get_raw_data: Get raw data
• resolve_slugs: Resolve partial slugs
• get_chunks: Get page chunks
• log_ingest: Log ingestion
• get_ingest_log: Get ingestion log

验收标准

1. 每个 operation 实现 TypedOperation trait
2. 完整的参数验证
3. 端到端 dispatch_json 测试
4. 与 TS JSON 输出格式一致
