add support for adding a related email to a postion, deleting one

the server supports these 2 actions. note that when creating a positon from an email the email widget will have to first create the position and then create the related email, in 2 separate api calls.

can you support doing it in a single request?
Sending two requests may have some UX trouble. Think of the error when one of the request hit error while the other one doesn't.

For example, we create job first. So we can use the new job id to associate with the email. If the email association somehow hit an error, it will be into the situation where the job is already created, but related email doesn't. And to correct the email association, user will have to manually go to email and add to existing position.

If we make it the same request, when related email hit an error, at least we could hold the position creation and ask user to retry without navigating away.
