Brings personal up to date with pingdotgg/t3code main (131 upstream commits, through 23c7ab9) following SYNC.md.

Reconciliation

  • Sidebar worktree grouping: one conflict in Sidebar.tsx. Kept the fork's compact grouped-row metadata and adopted upstream's MiddleTruncate branch label. Upstream's snooze menu, undo notices, InlineButton PR badge, and drag-while-renaming guard merged cleanly.
  • Completion sound, desktop identity/local signing, fork CI runners: merged without changes. ci.yml has no unguarded Blacksmith runners.
  • No upstream change replaced a maintained customization, so the inventory in docs/personal-fork-changes.md is unchanged. The server and wire contracts follow upstream.

Validation

  • vp check: passed (0 errors, only existing warnings; upstream's new no-restyle lint rule passes)
  • vp run typecheck: passed
  • Grouping tests (Sidebar.worktrees, Sidebar.drag, Sidebar.logic): 228 passed
  • Notification tests (ThreadNotificationCoordinator, including the badge test): 29 passed
  • Desktop identity tests (DesktopAppIdentity, DesktopEnvironment, DesktopPreReadyPlatform, electron-launcher): 24 passed
  • Build/install/signing script tests: 83 passed
  • vp run lint:mobile: passed. Upstream changed native t3-review-diff code. SwiftLint, ktlint, and detekt are not installed on this Linux host, so those linters were skipped.

Done by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code.
