Failing to copy Policies and crashing when local user does not have access to Categories

Replicator is crashing after failing to copy a Policy when Include Dependencies is checked for Selective copies and the local user has Site Auditor permissions.
Notice the 403's trying to read Categories in the attached log.
Be great if the Categoriy was just skipped and there was no crash.
