System hangs up

Description:
when i use strg+c it says stopped, but no command promt comes. When Bot stops automaticly ( after xx catches ) the same happens

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:
command promt must come

Actual behavior:
nothing. don´t know if the program stops...

Got the same issue, can only kill the process with kill -9
