We should delay this until https://github.com/ipfs/js-kubo-rpc-client/milestone/1 is done so we don't increase our workload, and then replace ipfs-http-client with kubo-rpc-client

@SgtPooki : given the js-kubo-rpc-client has been released, are we unblocked to do the work of of removing ipfs-http-client and using it instead?
