PubSub tests are wonky now. This wasn't true before.

  1) pubsub non-ascii data publish from Go, subscribe on JS:

     Error: Timeout of 10000ms exceeded. For async tests and hooks, ensure "done()" is called; if returning a Promise, ensure it resolves.

  


  2) pubsub binary data publish from Go, subscribe on JS:
