…odels Upstream added Claude Sonnet 5.5 on the Sonnet 5 profile and keeps Sonnet 5 and Opus 5 current. Record the fork's choices so intake of that change keeps the fork's profile and legacy classification. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Upstream added Claude Sonnet 5.5 in pingdotgg#14152 on the Sonnet 5 profile, and keeps Sonnet 5 and Opus 5 as current models. The fork's manifest (#519) gives Sonnet 5.5 its own profile and lists Sonnet 5 and Opus 5 as legacy, but the fork feature ledger does not record either choice, so intake of that change has nothing telling it which version to keep.
The two choices matter because a Claude turn that names no effort runs at the profile's default effort, which the server sends to Claude Code explicitly. On the Sonnet 5 profile, Sonnet 5.5 would run at high instead of Claude Code's own default of medium, and Ultracode would not be offered.
This adds both choices as invariants of
claude-model-manifest-policyand adds the upstream PR to its tracking list. When that PR reaches the intake queue, the fork keeps itsclaude-sonnet-5-5entry and profile, drops upstream's duplicate entry, and keeps Sonnet 5 as legacy. It also removes pingdotgg#13115 from
.github/upstream-tracked-prs.json. Its change to GPT-6 Luna for text generation is now onmain, and the tracked PR report shows it as recorded. No tests change: the Claude catalog tests cover resolver behavior with synthetic models, and their stated policy is not to add tests for real manifest models.
