Messages sent while a thread is compacting fail with "Wait for context compaction to finish before sending another message." The server rejects them in
ProviderCommandReactor. Web sends them straight away. Mobile's outbox only holds messages while disconnected, so it hits the same error.Upstream has fixed both parts, but neither has reached the fork yet. This adds them to
.github/upstream-tracked-prs.json:#11107holds messages on the server until compaction finishes, which fixes web and mobile.#11673queues follow-up messages in the web composer while the agent is working.node scripts/upstream-tracked-prs-report.tslists both as pending, andscripts/upstream-tracked-prs.test.tspasses.Written by an agent (Claude Code, claude-opus-5-5).
