What

Removes the todo-worker (Node) and todo-worker-python (Python) quickstart CRUD todo workers.

Why

Dead workers — removing them from the monorepo.

Doc cleanup

They were cited as the canonical Node/Python image scaffold templates, so references were stripped to avoid broken links:

• README.md — removed both rows from the worker table
• docs/sops/README.md — dropped Node/Python container scaffold bullets from "Typical flow"
• docs/sops/new-worker.md — scaffold table image rows now point to deploy-modes.md §Image; removed "todo-worker templates" from sources-of-truth
• docs/architecture/deploy-modes.md — removed the Templates: line under §Image
• docs/sops/binary-worker.md — dropped todo-worker from the Path A example

Note: no Node/Python image-mode workers remain in the repo, so the onboarding SOP no longer has a concrete image scaffold to point to.

The two todo-worker hits left in iii-directory/src/functions/registry.rs are unrelated test-fixture strings (an arbitrary dependency name), not directory references.
