make aaa-auto.R read-only?

Needs a tiny patch to Stimulus, @ntamas.

The idea is to add a header of the form:

# Generated by make -f Makefile-cigraph, do not edit by hand

to aaa-auto.R and (with C comment) to rinterface.c . The RStudio IDE will see this and treat those files specially.

Can't you simply add the line to tools/stimulus/aaa-auto.R.in and tools/stimulus/rinterface.c.in? Stimulus only appends to these files so whatever comment you put in the header will stay there.
