Auto-align graph layouts with `layout_nicely()`

What is the feature or improvement you would like to see?
Update layout_nicely() to auto-align layouts using the new igraph_layout_align() C function.

See igraph/igraph#2781

It'd be nice to also expose the align feature separately.

Use cases for the feature
Pretty plots.
