Summary

Bump the two live S1API version fields to 3.2.1-beta.6 and add curated release notes so the merged beta fixes can be published as a GitHub prerelease.

Since v3.2.1-beta.5, beta includes:

• fix(NPC): refresh message contact info on first load #322 / 3.2.1-beta.5 on 0.4.7f6: plain contacts show a blank name and default icon in Messages on the first load of a session #320: custom contact info refresh on the first load.
• fix(Lifecycle): detach native listeners on scene unload #323 / 3.2.1-beta.5 on 0.4.7f6: GameLifecycle.OnLoadComplete fires twice when loading a save after returning to the main menu #321: lifecycle listener handling across menu reloads.
• fix(NPC): preserve contact history through initial network spawn #325 / 3.2.1-beta.5 on 0.4.7f6: custom contacts' MessageConversation is not saved (message history lost on every save) #324: preserve custom contact conversations through initial network spawn and save.

Issue #319 remains open because the reported VOEmitter rejection has not reproduced locally; it is not claimed as fixed in this prerelease.

Validation

• dotnet build S1API.sln -c MonoMelon --no-restore -p:AutomateLocalDeployment=false: passed, zero warnings/errors.
• dotnet test S1API.Tests/S1API.Tests.csproj -c MonoMelon --no-restore --no-build: 724 passed.
• dotnet build S1API.sln -c Il2CppMelon --no-restore -p:AutomateLocalDeployment=false: passed, zero warnings/errors.
• dotnet test S1API.Tests/S1API.Tests.csproj -c Il2CppMelon --no-restore --no-build: 710 passed.
• The gameplay fixes were validated in both live runtimes in their respective PRs; this PR changes version metadata and release notes only.

Compatibility

No public or protected API symbols, durable identifiers, save schema, or network payloads change in this PR. The prerelease targets the beta game assemblies and publishes to GitHub only, per VERSIONING.md.
