BK iOS releases require manual IPA discovery and every build currently shares CFBundleVersion 1, so SideStore cannot identify newer builds.

Give each CI IPA a monotonic build number, generate a validated AltSource document beside the unsigned IPA, and publish a recoverable rolling source per deployment branch after the immutable release exists. The source keeps recent versions and includes the IPA checksum and declared permissions.
