A survey system personalized for Central Mindanao University Tutorial Club. Project submitted for Database Administration and Web Development subjects.
Installation Instructions:
- Extract the package into a web directory.
- Create your database and import the dump file into the database server.
- Edit the "connection.php" in the "inc" folder. Provide database connection credentials in this file.
- Open a browser and login, the default administrator user at first is: username: admin@admin.com password: 12345 Note: you can change the details of this user once logged in.
User verification codes can be seen at rooturl/userlist.php in case that mail is not working. Only users with administrator privilege can see this page.
