[BUG] Embedded Claude Code version does not auto-update

Bug Description

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When running ClaudeCode from nvim, an older version than the one I run in my terminal is invoked.

To Reproduce

:ClaudeCode -- /model indicates, when selecting Opus, opus 4 model string as opposed to opus 4.1 model string. Run claude . in cwd, /model indicates 4.1

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected Behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
:ClaudeCode and claude . run the same version of claude code.

Note: I beleive this is due to my use of the claude migrate-installer command, it looks like it was picking up my pnpm installation which was an old version. I swapped to coder/claudecode.nvim, but it may be worth putting a note in the documentation about configuration with regard to local installations.
