This PR adds explain_stats to pipelines, and supports passing in index_mode and other generic pipeline options.
To support this, I added new PipelineSnapshot, PipelineStream, and AsyncPipelineStream classes to wrap the original list and generators returned by pipeline execution operations. These classes still act like the base classes they replace, but also add custom getters for pipeline metadata, like
