Consolidate the current chat-related surfaces into one primary experience so /chat and /resume are a single discoverable UX with shared commands and documentation.
Why is this needed?
Today there are two overlapping chat flows, which increases user confusion and long-term maintenance cost. A single experience improves discovery, reduces duplication, and creates a stable direction for post-1.0 evolution.
Additional context
This issue is an anchor for ongoing consolidation work and follow-up iterations.
