What happened?
Good day guys. I have problem running Gemini CLI for simple task in my node. But every time I wrote command, Gemini CLI always throw error:
✕ [API Error: request to https://cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com/v1internal:countTokens failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com]
✕ [API Error: Model stream ended with empty response text.]
I should quit the session and start again. And in few conversation, the problem is back again. And again. I try to change the auth from OAuth, API Key, or Vertex, there's no difference. Do I have network problem? Or...?
- CLI Version: 0.7.0
- Git Commit: fxxxxx
- Model: gemini-2.5-flash
- Sandbox : no sandbox
- OS : linux (Almalinux 9)
- Auth Method: OAuth
- GCP Project: xxxx
What did you expect to happen?
I just wish Gemini CLI back to work again as supposed to be. Thank you...
