Scrum Master Bot Enhancement

Description:

Extend the existing scrum master bot (which already tracks iteration completion, PR merge time, deploy frequency, and stale PR alerts) with deeper metrics across PR health, team behaviour, planning quality, feature progress,insights.

Iteration Planning & Health

• Carryover Rate Tracking — Compare previous iteration's unfinished tickets against current iteration items. Log Carryover Count and Carryover % to a "Carryover" sheet tab. Include in end-of-iteration Discord post
• Repeat Carryover Flag — extend carryover tracking to flag tickets carried over 2+ consecutive iterations. Call these out separately with a warning icon
• Scope Creep Tracking — count tickets added to the iteration after day 1. High scope creep = planning problem. Snapshot item list at iteration start vs end
• Commitment vs Completion Trend — ratio of tickets planned at start vs actually finished, tracked across iterations. Different signal from completion % alone

Mid-Iteration Alerts (Discord)

• PR 2-Day Deadline Reminder — daily at 4 PM IST (10:30 UTC), find open PRs in the 44–52h window and post an urgent message: "Hi team! These PRs are hitting the 2-day mark today — please jump on a PR review call and close them before end of day." New pr_deadline_reminder.yml workflow. Skips weekends. Silent if no PRs in window
• Blocked Items Alert — mid-iteration (Tue/Thu), alert when a ticket has been stuck in "In Progress" or "In Review" for more than 3 days. Uses fetch_current_iteration + item updated_at

Team & Process Health

• Per-Developer PR Metrics — break down avg merge time and time-to-first-review by PR author. Log to "Dev Metrics" sheet tab.
• Dependency Update Lag — count open Dependabot PRs sitting unmerged per iteration. Security and tech-debt signal

Feature-Level Tracking

• Epic/Feature Progress Tracker — for each [Epic] ticket in the project, track total child tickets, done, in progress, and remaining. Show % complete with a progress bar per feature in the Discord post and log to a "Feature Progress" sheet tab. Include estimated iterations remaining based on current velocity.

Mid-Iteration Alerts (Discord) are a good idea.

The feature level completion percentage is already available in the Dev Weekly Priorities board. So IMO this is redundant.

@priyanshu6238 No need to file an issue for scrum master repo, if you see an improvement, do it. Moving the issue to the correct repo to keep this one clean. Lets not add this to the dev priorities board.
