Reviewed the AWF-for-custom-engine-command fix.
The change consistently swaps return []GitHubActionStep{} for return BuildNpmEngineInstallStepsWithAWF(nil, workflowData) across Claude, Codex, Gemini, Pi, Copilot, and behavior-defined engines. Passing nil for npmSteps correctly causes the helper to skip the Node.js setup step and the CLI install steps (guarded by len(npmSteps) > 0 / > 1), while still injecting the AWF/gVisor/docker-sbx/cloud-hypervisor steps when firewall is enabled — exactly matching the stated intent (retain AWF, skip only the engine CLI). Log messages were also usefully clarified ("Skipping X CLI installation" instead of generic "Skipping installation steps"). New table-driven test TestCustomEngineCommandFirewallInstallation covers all six engines and asserts both that AWF install + version are present and that the engine package name is absent. Lock file diffs are mechanical regenerations consistent with the source change. No UI is involved (Go workflow compiler + generated GitHub Actions YAML), so no Impeccable UI-review modes apply here; this is a correctness-focused Go/CI change and it looks solid. No blocking issues found.

One gap: there's no matching assertion that firewall-disabled + custom-command still returns the pre-PR behavior (no AWF step, no CLI package) for these same engines — only the pre-existing Copilot test covers that combination.
