The "Claude credential check" job was failing because
claude-code@2.1.237does not support a--max-tokensflag, causing an immediate CLI argument error:Fix
--max-tokens 100with--max-budget-usd 1in.github/workflows/credentials-check.yml, the CLI's supported flag for capping resource usage on print-mode calls, preserving the intent of bounding cost for the smoke test.
